: Review date:A mayo that I find has a slightly sulphurous taste of egg. Until now, I only knew this taste in recipes with sulphurous black salt and was fascinated that this is apparently also possible without the special spices with purely natural ingredients. I find the consistency really great - very creamy and flaky light, with a yellowish hue, as I know it from egg mayo. I don't need the taste of egg in my mayo, but I'm sure there are many people who appreciate this special taste and love this mayo. In any case, the mayo tasted delicious in my potato salad and here the sulphurous taste was only subtly noticeable, if at all. I will definitely try the other mayo varieties from Emils.
Eine Mayo, die wie ich finde, einen leicht schwefeligen Geschmack nach Ei hat. Bisher kannte ich diesen Geschmack nur in Rezepten mit dem schwefelhaltigen schwarzen Salz und war fasziniert das dies scheinbar auch ohne das spezielle Gewürze mit rein natürlichen Zutaten möglich ist. Die Konsistenz finde ich wirklich spitze - sehr cremig und flockig leicht, mit gelblichem Farbton, wie ich es von Eier-Mayo her kenne. Ich brauche den Geschmack von Ei nicht in meiner Mayo, aber bestimmt gibt es viele Leute, die diesen besonderen Geschmack wertschätzen und diese Mayo lieben. In meinem Kartoffelsalat hat die Mayo jedenfalls lecker geschmeckt und hier war der schwefelige Geschmack, wenn überhaupt, auch nur dezent wahrnehmbar. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch die anderen Mayo Sorten von Emils ausprobieren.

The consistency has that typical creaminess of a mayo and the jar size is great for me as a single household. THEN: The mayonnaise actually lasts longer than a few days. After three weeks, I was able to consume it without any loss in taste or appearance. And even my flexitarian friends found Emils mayo really tasty!
Für mich ist Emils vegane Mayo DIE Mayo überhaupt! Sie besteht aus gerade einmal 6 Zutaten und hat eine pastellgelbe Farbe. Die Konsistenz hat diese typische Cremigkeit von einer Mayo und die Glasgröße ist für mich als Single-Haushalt super. DENN: Tatsächlich hält sich die Mayonnaise länger als ein paar Tage. Nach drei Wochen konnte ich sie ohne Verluste bei Geschmack oder Optik verbrauchen. Und selbst meine Flexitarier-Freunde fanden Emils Mayo richtig lecker!
