In the morning, before brushing your teeth, pull 1 teaspoon of tooth oil between your teeth for 2 minutes (cleaning) to 20 minutes (oil pulling). Then put it in a paper tissue and dispose of it. Shake before use.

: Review date:At first, I found the taste a little strange. The peppermint oil makes it slightly refreshing, but all in all it is very oily. The turmeric settled a little on the bottom after a short time, which didn't go away even though I shook it. I think that's a shame for such an expensive oil.
Am Anfang fand ich den Geschmack schon etwas merkwürdig. Durch das Pfefferminzöl hat es zwar etwas leicht Erfrischendes, aber in allem ist es schon stark ölig. Der Kurkuma hat sich bei mir nach kurzer Zeit etwas am Boden abgesetzt, was auch trotz Schütteln nicht wieder wegging. Das finde ich schon schade bei dem doch sehr teuren Öl.
