Application:

After eating or in between meals, swish 1 tsp of oil back and forth in your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes and slowly draw it through your teeth. For oil pulling, hold 1 tbsp of oil in your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning before brushing your teeth. After the application, spit out the oil and dispose of it responsibly.
