The salty variety can be eaten very well with salsa dip or added to cream soups (corn, cauliflower) instead of croutons.
Beide Sorten der Kochbananen Chips von El Origen (mit Meersalz und mit Paprika) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht zu stark gewürzt. Sie schmecken wie die Kochbanen Chips in Ecuador. Die salzige Variante kann man sehr gut zusammen mit Salsa Dip essen oder auch in Cremesuppen (Mais, Blumenkohl) statt Croûtons geben.

: Review date:I know about plantain chips through a good friend who spent some time in South America. You don't find them everywhere and I have already tried a few different ones. Now I've come across these and I'm absolutely thrilled. Both the sea salt and paprika varieties taste incredibly delicious. Crunchy texture, good bite and super aromatic. Almost better than crisps. I will definitely recommend them to everyone, as not everyone who has never heard of plantain chips dares to try them.
Ich kenne Kochbananenchips durch eine gute Freundin, die eine Zeit in Südamerika war. Man findet Sie nicht überall und ich habe schon einige verschiedene ausprobiert. Nun bin ich auf diese hier gestoßen und bin absolut begeistert. Sowohl die Meersalz, als auch Paprika Sorte schmecken unglaublich lecker. Knackige Konsistenz, guter Biss und super aromatisch. Fast besser wie Kartoffelchips. Werde sie auf jeden Fall überall weiterempfehlen, da sich vielleicht nicht jeder, der noch nie etwas von Kochbananenchips gehört hat, traut sie mal ausprobieren.
