Eden Organic Potato Dumplings with Spices. A classic side dish that goes wonderfully with a wide range of savoury dishes. With their characteristic potato flavour and light, fluffy texture, these dumplings are a traditional accompaniment to meat and vegetable dishes, mushroom specialities or festive meals. The convenient preparation makes it easy to serve freshly shaped potato dumplings in no time at all, whether for everyday enjoyment or on special occasions.
Preparation for 4 dumplings (1 sachet):
- Stir the contents of the sachet into 250 ml of cold water using a whisk and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- With moistened hands, shape the potato dough into approx. 4 dumplings.
- Place the dumplings in boiling salted water, bring to the boil briefly and leave to simmer for 20 minutes over a low heat.
If using only part of the contents, give the contents of the sachet a good stir.
