: Review date:Great alternative to soy, oat or rice casein. It's especially good in baking and cooking. Only in coffee do I find it not so great. It curdles due to the high heat. Otherwise very tasty and I can only recommend it.
Tolle Alternative zu Soja-, Hafer- oder Reiscuisine. Insbesondere beim Backen und Kochen macht es sich positiv bemerkbar. Einzig im Kaffee finde ich sie nicht so toll. Gerinnt durch die hohe Hitze. Ansonsten sehr lecker und kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

: Review date:I don't actually use cream at all in my meals. However, I like to use a substitute product from time to time when I'm missing the creaminess. That's why EcoMil Cuisine ends up in my shopping basket and on my pantry shelf every now and then. Delicious!
Eigentlich verzichte ich komplett auf Sahne im Essen. Gern verwende ich allerdings von Zeit zu Zeit ein Ersatzprodukt, wenn mir die Cremigkeit doch mal fehlt. Eine EcoMil Cuisine landet daher immer mal wieder in meinem Warenkorb und Vorratsregal. Lecker!
