I have been using this mouthwash for years and am very satisfied with it. Ingredients are clear and I am very critical. No FLUOR, no SACHARIN.... I think that's great. Taste and effect are also TOP, you can't really ask for more.

I order it regularly and am very satisfied. To rinse or gargle, simply put two or three drops in the mouth (filled with water) or in the water in the toothbrush cup - great. I don't find it too spicy and it "tastes" or smells rather fresh and typical of mouthwash, you can't smell the black cumin. Everything is fine!

Bestelle ich regelmäßig und bin sehr zufrieden. Zum Spülen bzw. Gurgeln einfach zwei, drei Tropfen in den (mit Wasser gefüllten) Mund oder in das Wasser im Zahnputzbecher - prima. Ich empfinde es als nicht zu scharf und es "schmeckt" bzw. duftet eher frisch und typisch nach Mundwasser, den Schwarzkümmel riecht man nicht. Alles bestens!
