Dschinn Mainland Organic Whisky. Scots understand "mainland" to mean all whisky that does not come from small islands, even if "mainland Scotland" itself is an island. True to this motto, this "Mainland Organic Whisky" also gets the necessary spice from the island. A seventeen year old Islay Scotch gives the blend of Swiss barley and French wheat whisky the tick of extra spice and length. The barley spirit is matured in the well-stocked Humbel cask cellar, where many a distillate has developed into a "cask adventure"! Accordingly, there is much to discover: Grain, dried fruit, tobacco and vanilla on the nose. Full and round on the palate with an aromatic, multi-layered structure.
