Dreikronen Heilkreide Original Rügen Dreikronen Healing Chalk. With the healing chalk, you can easily make full-body or partial-body packs for heat and cold therapy. The pure natural product consists of approx. 98% natural calcium carbonate. It contains very small amounts of magnesium carbonate, silicon, iron and aluminium compounds as well as compounds with minerals and trace elements such as phosphorus, sulphur and others.
Preparation of a chalk bath:
- Mix approx. 1 kg of original Rügener Dreikronen healing chalk with 1 litre of water and then add it to the bath water (approx. 100 litres), which is approx. 36 - 38 °C warm.
- Enjoy the soothing bath for approx. 45 minutes.
- After the bath, the manufacturer recommends a rest period of 20 - 30 minutes.
Preparation of a chalk back pack:
- Heat water to approx. 60 °C and add the original Rügener Dreikronen healing chalk while stirring.
- The mixing ratio of chalk and water is approx. 2:1.
- Allow the pack to cool to approx. 45 °C and apply to the body.
- Rest for at least 20 minutes after the treatment.
