Shake before use.
Once a day, stir 10 ml (equivalent to 1/2 measuring cup) into 40–100 ml of water and drink. Children aged 3 to 12 years should take 5 ml (equivalent to 1/4 measuring cup) once a day with a meal, diluted in a glass of water.
