Application:
Apply/spray onto the skin daily as required, e.g. on the legs, arms, back or shoulders, then massage in briefly. The application time should be at least 30 minutes. It can also be used as a (foot) bath additive.

: Review date:I’ve been using the Dr. Niedermaier Magnesium Oil Spray (100 ml) and I’m genuinely impressed with how effective it is. I apply it directly to tense areas, especially my legs and shoulders, and I can feel the muscles relax quite quickly. It absorbs well, and while there’s a slight tingling at first, it subsides fast and feels soothing rather than irritating. I’ve found it especially helpful in the evening — it really supports relaxation and better sleep for me. I also like that the formula is very clean and simple, with no unnecessary additives.
