Preparation: Shake well before taking. Mix daily one scale line of Panaktiv (70 ml, see narrow side of the bottle) with twice the amount of mineral water, juices or other beverages.
Recipe suggestion:
Mix Panaktiv with orange juice and some yogurt, kefir or buttermilk.
