Shake the bottle before using. Squeeze and untwist the childproof cap at the marked locations. Fill the cap with the ready mouthwash. Rinse it 30 seconds in the mouth so thoroughly and gargle.

Ich habe ein sehr empfindliches Zahnfleisch und schmerzempfindliche Zähne. Seit ich diese Mundspülung benutze hat sich das geändert. Ich putze meine Zähne erst mit der Dr. Hauschka Sensitiv Zahncreme Sole und benutze anschließend diese Mundspülung mit Salbei. Danach fühlt sich alles erst richtig "sauber" und frisch an.

: Review date:The content is natural, the extraction and dosage are exemplary, the scent is pleasant and the liquid does not taste like "....da I would like to have more from ....". The taste is a little unpleasant, but you don't have to get over it - it's not repulsive at all. I use this mouthwash for at least 5 minutes: I wash while continuing to rinse, and after washing I rinse first (good feeling). For me, it burns very briefly when I have it in my mouth, but that tells me that there are open spots somewhere. For me, this is a helpful warning signal. I would never want to do without this mouthwash.... Highly recommended by me.
Inhaltlich natürlich, Entnahme und Dosierung vorbildlich, Duft angenehm und die Flüssigkeit schmeckt nicht nach "....da hätte ich noch gern mehr von ....". Der Geschmack ist etwas unangenehm, man muß sich aber nich großartig überwinden - er ist keinesfalls abstoßend. Ich habe diese Mundspülung mindestens 5 Minuten in Gebrauch : ich wasche mich, während ich weiterhin durchspüle und nach dem Waschen speie ich es erst aus (gutes Gefühl). Bei mir brennt es sehr kurzzeitig, wenn ich es im Mundraum habe, aber das sagt mir, das irgendwo offene Stellen sind. Für mich ist das ein hilfreiches Warnsignal. Dieses Mundwasser möchte ich nimmer missen.... Vorrangig meinerseits zu empfehlen.

Diese Mundspülung ist für mich wirklich die beste. Mein Mund fühlt sich nach der Spülung frisch an und ich denke, dass auch meine Zahnfleischentzündungen deutlich zurückgegangen sind. Ich probiere doch immer mal wieder andere Mundspülungen aus, da diese dich recht preisintensiv ist, aber letztendlich nehme ich dann doch wieder diese.

: Review date:I was looking for a natural mouthwash and came across Dr. Hauschka. I already have several products from this brand at home and have always been satisfied. I was also convinced by the fact that the rinse is already mixed ready-to-use, as I don't feel like fiddling with a glass and water in the morning. It's much quicker this way. Yesterday I used the conditioner for the first time. The taste is not particularly delicious. The solution tastes very sharp and like nasty herbal medicine. It took some getting used to, but maybe I'll get used to it. After a few minutes, the taste goes away and you are left with a fresh feeling in your mouth.
Auf der Suche nach einer natürlichen Mundspülung bin ich auf Dr. Hauschka gestoßen. Habe bereits verschiedene Produkte dieser Marke zu Hause und war bisher immer zufrieden. Überzeugt hat mich auch, dass die Spülung bereits gebrauchsfertig angemischt ist, da ich keine Lust habe, morgens noch mit Glas und Wasser zu hantieren. So geht es viel schneller. Gestern habe ich die Spülung nun zum ersten Mal verwendet. Der Geschmack ist nicht besonders lecker. Die Lösung schmeckt sehr scharf und nach ekliger Kräutermedizin. Das hat ganz schön Überwindung gekostet, aber vielleicht gewöhne ich mich noch daran. Denn nach einigen Minuten verfliegt der Geschmack und zurück bleibt ein frisches Gefühl im Mund.

Sehr gute Mundspülung, frisch, für mich nicht zu scharf (und ich bin da wirklich empfindlich). Und Hauptgrund warum ich es gekauft habe: Es enthält keine Minze...steht zumindest nicht auf der Verpackung und schmeckt auch nicht nach Minze...also Homeopathie verträglich :)
