Application:
Skin cells are renewed every 28 days. Mirroring this same regenerative cycle, Renewing Night Conditioner should be used for 28 days in place of a toner. Apply nightly, after evening cleansing. We recommend one 28 day cycle of Renewing Night Conditioner per year for each decade of life (for example 3 times a year at the age of 30). After cleansing, evenly apply the contents of 2 ampoules to the face (including lips and eye area), neck, earlobes and décolleté. In the 4th week, we recommend 1 ampoule. Press gently and evenly to skin until the solution has been fully absorbed. For mornings, we recommend the Dr. Hauschka daytime skin care products. For the nightly basic skin care routine, we recommend Night Serum or Regenerating Serum.

: Review date:Dr. Hauschka says that at night you should let the skin work by itself. For years I was used to using a night cream. I was curious and ordered this night treatment. They are ampoules with a watery solution. You apply this all over your face after cleansing and leave it on. Interestingly, it works for me. I no longer feel the need to put cream on my face. My skin is just as soft and smooth when I get up in the morning, even without night cream. I will order these ampoules again.
Dr. Hauschka sagt, dass man in der Nacht die Haut von selbst arbeiten lassen soll. Jahrelang war ich es gewöhnt, eine Nachtcreme zu nutzen. Ich war neugierig und habe mir diese Nachtkur bestellt. Es sind Ampullen mit einer wässrigen Lösung. Diese trägt man nach der Reinigung auf dem ganzen Gesicht auf und lässt sie einwirken. Interessanterweise funktioniert es bei mir. Ich habe nicht mehr das Bedürfnis mich eincremen zu müssen. Meine Haut ist morgen nach dem Aufstehen genauso weich und glatt auch ohne Nachtcreme. Ich werde mir diese Ampullen wieder bestellen.
