Application:
Once to twice a week, dilute two tablespoons of Clarifying Steam Bath with ½ litre (1 pint) of steaming water in a large bowl. Lean over the bowl, covering the head with towel, and steam for 5-10 minutes.

That's why I also ordered the Cleansing Mask and Melissa Day Cream from Dr. Hauschka. And look - now I can see the success! The steam bath prepares my skin. Afterwards I apply the cleansing mask and then my day cream. My skin is becoming more and more beautiful and I am very happy with it.
Habe mir dank der positiven Bewertungen dieses Dampfbad auch zugelegt und es wie empfohlen 2 mal wöchentlich für 10 Minuten mein Gesicht damit bedampft. Das hat bei mir eider nicht den gewünschten Erfolg gebracht. Deshalb habe ich mir noch zusätzlich die Reinigungsmaske und die Melissen Tagescreme von Dr. Hauschka dazu bestellt. Und siehe da - jetzt sehe ich den Erfolg! Das Dampfbad bereitet meinen Haut vor. Danach trage ich die Reinigungsmaske auf und anschließend meine Tagescreme. Mein Hautbild wird immer schöner und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.

While the hot steam is inhaled under a towel and opens the pores, you can relax wonderfully with soothing herbal aromas. Afterwards, a cleansing mask and then a nourishing mask are applied to the face. Since only two tablespoons of the herbal mixture are needed per application, you can get by for a long time with just one bottle. Since I have been using the steam bath regularly, my skin has become much better and my pores finer. However, twice a week is a bit too much for me, I usually only manage 14 days a week. But that also brings results.
Das Dr. Hauschka Dampfbad ist perfekt geeignet, um die Gesichtshaut auf eine folgende Tiefenreinigung vorzubereiten. Während der heiße Dampf unter einem Handtuch inhaliert wird und die Poren öffnet, kann man wunderbar bei wohltuenden Kräuteraromen entspannen. Anschließend werden Reinigungs- und dann Pflegemaske auf das Gesicht aufgetragen. Da pro Anwendung nur zwei Esslöffel der Kräutermischung benötigt werden, kommt man auch lange mit einer Flasche aus. Seitdem ich regelmäßig das Dampfbad verwende ist mein Hautbild viel besser und meine Poren feiner geworden. Allerdings ist mir die Taktung zweimal pro Woche etwas zu viel, ich schaffe es meist nur 14-tägig. Aber das bringt auch schon Erfolge.

Ich habe Akne und wenn sie mal wieder schlimmer wird und richtig entzündet ist benutze ich das Dampfbad von Hauschka. Es hilft mir in dem Sinne, dass die Entzündung etwas zurück geht und sich neue Entzündungen im Gesicht erst gar nicht bilden. Zudem öffnet das Dampfbad meine Poren und hilft mir dabei das die folgenden Produkte besser in die Haut eindringen können.
