Recommended intake: Swallow one capsule daily unchewed during a meal or between meals with some liquid.

Ingredients:

Vegetable oils (coconut oil, soya oil, palm kernel oil), coenzyme Q10 17.1%, niacin, pantothenic acid, emulsifier soya lecithin, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin B12, folic acid, biotin. Capsule shell: gelatine, humectants sorbitol and glycerol, colouring agents titanium dioxide and iron oxide.
