Dr. Goerg Organic MCT Oil C8 + C10 in the smaller 250-ml-bottle. A blend of the two most effective MCTs, caprylic and capric acids, derived 100 per cent from fresh coconuts. With 60% C8 and 40% C10, the two fatty acids are present in a balanced ratio. An odourless and flavourless oil for juices, smoothies, shakes, dressings, yoghurts and porridge. To support low-carb, paleo or ketogenic diets.

Application:

A maximum of 2 to 3 tablespoons per day. Increase the amount gradually. Start with 1 teaspoon a day and work your way up to the maximum dose.
MCT oil has a low smoke point and should only be drizzled over ready-prepared meals; it should not be used for cooking or baking.

Drinks: Stir into hot or cold drinks.
Food: Drizzle a little MCT oil over your food.
