Dr. Goerg Organic Coconut Pulling Oil with Mint & Eucalyptus. The vegan coconut mouthwash is easy to apply and its natural ingredients ensure a clean, pleasant and fresh mouthfeel. Oil pulling originates from Ayurveda, the traditional Indian art of healing, and has been practised for centuries.
Application:
- Place approx. one teaspoon of Premium Organic Coconut Mouth Oil in your mouth in the morning before eating and brushing your teeth. The oil liquefies immediately.
- Move it vigorously back and forth in the mouth for at least 5 minutes and pull it through the interdental spaces. Please take care not to swallow anything.
- Dispose of in a tissue and rinse the mouth thoroughly with warm water.
- Optional: Clean the tongue with a tongue scraper.
- Brush your teeth as usual.
