This coconut cooking fat from Dr. Goerg is actually tasteless. I had to search for it for a very long time. Since the taste of coconut does not suit every dish and not everyone likes the taste, I am glad to have found this one. I will probably only buy this cooking fat in the future.

Dieses Kokos-Speisefett von Dr. Goerg ist tatsächlich geschmacksneutral. Habe sehr lange danach suchen müssen. Da der Geschmack nach Kokos nicht zu jeden Gericht passt und auch nicht jeder den Geschmack mag, bin ich froh, dieses gefunden zu haben. Werde in Zukunft wohl nur noch dieses Speisefett kaufen.

Excellent consistency and very good, pure taste. Previously we only used olive oil, now we only use coconut oil for frying.

Hervorragende Konsistenz und sehr guter, reiner Geschmack. Bisher haben wir nur Olivenöl verwendet, jetzt wird fürs Bratgut nur noch Kokosöl verwendet.
