: Review date:I have bought it several times because it is 100% coconut milk, but the taste is not very dominant, which is due to the low fat content compared to others. However, I have also had the experience with curries that it flocculates and the result doesn't look so great. This is not due to the boiling, as I only add it at the end. A pity.
Habe sie schon öfters gekauft, da 100% Kokosmilch, jedoch ist der Geschmack nicht sehr dominant, was am geringen Fettgehalt liegt gegenüber anderen. Jedoch habe ich auch bei Currys die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sie ausflockt und eben das Ergebnis nicht so toll aussieht. Liegt nicht am Aufkochen, da ich sie erst am Ende zufüge. Schade.

Geschmacklich super. Nehme sie zum Kochen in einer Curry-Gemüse-Pfanne und ist noch nie was geronnen. Wärme sie aber von Anfang an mit auf und köchel meinen Basmatireis und das Gemüse darin. Finde die kleine Packungsgröße mit Deckel auch praktisch.

: Review date:Since I very often cook with coconut milk instead of cow's milk products, I recently bought 4 pk. of this coconut milk due to the many good reviews here. I was a bit surprised how thick it is. But you can compensate for that with water. But it immediately curdled in the vegetable pan and all the vegetables looked totally unappetising. I've never experienced anything like it; that's not possible! I will now have to dispose of the remaining packets.
Da ich sehr häufig mit Kokosmilch anstelle von Kuhmilchprodukten koche, habe ich mir auf Grund der vielen guten Bewertungen kürzlich hier 4 Pk. dieser Kokosmilch gekauft. Ich war etwas erstaunt, wie sehr dickflüssig sie ist. Das kann man ja aber mit Wasser ausgleichen. Nur ist sie in der Gemüsepfanne sofort geronnen und das ganze Gemüse sah total unappetitlich aus. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt; das geht gar nicht! Die restlichen Packungen werde ich jetzt notgedrungen entsorgen müssen.
