: Review date:We love coconut puree and use it often and with pleasure. That's why we always order the big jar, which is much cheaper in terms of content. However, we don't eat the pure coconut puree, but use it exclusively for cooking and baking. And for this purpose, Dr. Georg's puree is the best we have tried so far. It tastes fresh and is very juicy. The contents always remind me of coconut macaroons. Other brands are much drier and tougher. There are also no additives, just pure mush. And the thick layer of fat on top doesn't bother us at all. You can mix it in again. Everything is top!
Wir lieben Kokosmus und verwenden es oft und gerne. Deswegen bestellen wir auch immer gleich das ganz große Glas, welches in Bezug auf den Inhalt deutlich günstiger ist. Wir naschen das Mus aber nicht pur, sondern nehmen dieses ausschließlich zum Kochen und Backen. Und dafür ist das Mus von Dr. Georg das beste, welches wir bisher ausprobiert haben. Es schmeckt frisch und ist sehr saftig. Mich erinnert der Inhalt immer an Kokosmakronen. Andere Marken sind da viel trockener und zäher. Es sind auch keine Zusatzstoffe enthalten, nur pures Mus. Und die dicke Fettschicht obendrauf stört uns überhaupt nicht. Die kann man ja wieder untermischen. Alles top!

: Review date:I was totally disappointed by the coconut puree. There's nothing mushy about it, just hard and crumbly. At the beginning, I thought it would taste great and melt like cream - just like the cold-pressed coconut oil. But - that was also the cold-pressed oil that had settled on top. I warmed it up a bit to mix it all together again, but I don't like it. It's not mushy, but crumbly and hard, so the coconut flavour doesn't come across so well.
Das Kokosmus hat mich total enttäuscht. Da ist so gar nichts von Mus, nur hart und bröslig. Am Anfang dachte ich mir noch super, das schmeckt toll cremig schmelzend - wie das kaltgepresste Kokosöl. Aber - das war auch das kaltgepresste Öl, welches sich oben abgesetzt hatte. Habs dann ein bißchen erwärmt um das Ganze wieder zu vermischen, aber es schmeckt mir nicht. Ist halt nicht musig, sondern bröslig hart, dadurch kommt auch der Kokosgeschmack nicht so toll rüber.
