The puree is not as soft as I expected (not even at warmer room temperature), but the taste is completely convincing! It was also good that I had read the tip that some oil settles at the top and should be stirred in again. It saved me this "beginner's mistake".

Das Mus wird zwar nicht so weich wie von mir erwartet (auch bei wärmerer Zimmertemperatur nicht), aber geschmacklich kann es dafür voll überzeugen!!! Gut auch, dass ich zuvor den Tipp gelesen hatte, dass sich oben erst mal etwas Öl absetzt, das man wieder unterrühren sollte. Hat mir diesen "Anfängerfehler" erspart.

Our family swears by the mush. For us, there is nothing better. The intense natural taste of coconut really can't be compared to commercial coconut milk. And although the puree has quite a steep price, we keep ordering it again and again. Firstly, because we only ever need a small amount and the jar therefore lasts quite a long time, and secondly, because the taste simply convinced us. Afterwards, the other products don't taste good anymore. We use the puree a lot in Asian cuisine; there is no better coconut curry. But the puree is also used in coconut biscuits, smoothies and desserts. Our recommendation: Definitely try it out, it's worth the investment.

Unsere Familie schwört auf das Mus. Für uns gibt es nichts besseres. Der intensive natürliche Geschmack nach Kokosnuss lässt sich wirklich nicht mit der handelsüblichen Kokosmilch vergleichen. Und obwohl das Mus einen recht happigen Preis hat, bestellen wir es immer wieder nach. Erstens, weil wir immer nur eine kleine Menge davon benötigen und das Glas deshalb recht lange hält und zweitens, weil uns der Geschmack einfach überzeugt hat. Danach schmecken einem die anderen Produkte gar nicht mehr. Wir verwenden das Mus sehr viel für die asiatische Küche, es gibt kein besseres Kokoscurry. Das Mus kommt aber auch bei Kokosplätzchen, Smoothies oder Desserts zum Einsatz. Unsere Empfehlung: Unbedingt ausprobieren, die Investition lohnt sich.
