As the name suggests, wheat is very suitable for sprouting. Wheat usually germinates faster and better than spelt, and there are also fewer damaged grains, which is definitely a plus point if you want to use the grain for sprouting. The slightly higher price of this sprouted grain wheat compared to competitor products is definitely justified.

Der Weizen ist wie der Name bereits verspricht, sehr gut zum Keimen geeignet. Weizen keimt in der Regel schneller und besser als Dinkel, auch sind wenige beschädigte Körner vorhanden, was auf jedenfalls ein Pluspunkt ist, wenn man das Getreide zum Keimen verwenden möchte. Da ist der etwas höhere Preis dieses Sprießkornweizens im Gegensatz zu Konkurrenz-Produkten, auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt.
