The flour has good baking properties. I have used it to make bread, cakes, pies and sponge cake. Everything turned out well. It also worked for baking bread rolls, although I mixed it with other flours. Price-performance ratio is ok.

Das Mehl besitzt gute Backeigenschaften. Ich habe es bei der Herstellung von Brot, Kuchen, Torten und Bisquit benutzt. Es ist alles gelungen. Auch beim Brötchenbacken hat es funktioniert, wobei ich es da mit anderen Mehlen vermischt habe. Preis-Leistung ist ok.
