Application:
For massage purposes, rub into arms / legs according to need and areas. Before and after sports to warm up the muscles or for relaxation and regeneration, as an addition to foot and full baths (50-100 ml for approx. 20 min.), as a warm / hot pack.

Due to its high degree of saturation, it feels slightly oily when applying.
