Application:

For massage purposes, pump 2 to 10 times onto arms / legs and rub in, depending on need and area of application. Before and after sports to warm up the muscles or for relaxation and regeneration, as an addition to foot baths and baths (50-100 ml for approx. 20 min.), as a warm/hot pack and as a deodorant spray 2-3 times under the armpit.

Due to its high degree of saturation, it feels slightly oily during application.
