Take one measuring cup (15 ml) of the Lecithin Ginseng Tonic once a day (a measuring cup is included in the pack).

Ingredients:

Mountain spring water, alcohol, soya lecithin, sucrose, flavouring, caramel colouring, ginseng root extract, potassium sorbate (preservative), dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxol hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin.

Contains 15.8% vol. alcohol per daily dose.
