: Review date:We have tried some virgin cold-pressed linseed oils and, if possible, first pressing organic. This one from Die kleine Mühle tastes nutty, slightly bitter, but not too much and is the quality winner for us so far. Whether quark and linseed oil or simply jacket potatoes with quark and linseed oil or drizzled on brown bread with a little chilli and dill, we find it versatile. Very satisfied.
Haben einige Leinöle nativ kaltgepresst und möglichst erste Pressung BIO probiert. Dieses von der kleinen Mühle schmeckt nussig, leicht bitter, aber nicht zu sehr und ist für uns bisher der Qualitätssieger. Ob Quark-Leinöl oder einfach nur Pellkartoffeln mit Quark und Leinöl oder auf Schwarzbrot getröpfelt und etwas Chili und Dill dazu, für uns vielseitig anwendbar. Sehr zufrieden.

: Review date:Good linseed oil in which the bitter flavour has been left in (although it could be a bit more for my taste). As a native of Lusatia, it always annoys me when manufacturers filter out the bitter flavour. Linseed oil has to taste like this, it shouldn't be mild! Potatoes with quark, onions and linseed oil don't taste good to me with a mild linseed oil. I also use the oil for white tofu (together with a little soya sauce) and for chickpeas. And always cold, don't heat it up!
Gutes Leinöl, bei dem man den bitteren Geschmacksanteil drin gelassen hat (obwohl es für meinen Geschmack etwas mehr sein könnte). Als gebürtige Lausitzerin ärgert es mich immer wieder, wenn Hersteller das Bittere herausfiltern. Leinöl muss so schmecken, das soll nicht mild sein! Kartoffeln mit Quark, Zwiebeln und Leinöl schmecken mir nicht mit einem milden Leinöl. Ich nehme das Öl auch für weißen Tofu (zusammen mit etwas Sojasoße) und für Kichererbsen. Und immer kalt, nicht erhitzen!

: Review date:The linseed oil from this brand was new to us. We are delighted with the flavour and consistency. We have also tested other linseed oils from the health food shop, but this one tastes even better than linseed oil from other brands, e.g. with quark, potatoes and linseed oil as a classic, on Werz toast and herb quark.

The other linseed oils I have tried so far have always had too intense a taste. Since I mainly use the oil to prepare salad dressings, I prefer a light taste that does not completely drown out the inherent taste of the vegetables. I particularly like the linseed oil with lamb's lettuce with some fresh goat cheese and walnuts. This combination is simply perfect and highly recommended. The price at Violey is great.
Mir schmeckt das Leinöl von der Teutoburger Ölmühle besonders gut. Ich mag es vor allem wegen seines milden Geschmacks. Die anderen Leinöle die ich bisher versucht habe, waren mir immer zu intensiv im Geschmack. Da ich das Öl vor allem zur Zubereitung von Salatdressings benutze, möchte ich lieber einen leichten Geschmack, der den Eigengeschmack des Gemüses nicht völlig übertönt. Besonders gut schmeckt mir das Leinöl zu Feldsalat mit etwas Ziegenfrischkäse und Walnüssen. Diese Kombination ist einfach perfekt und äußerst empfehlenswert. Der Preis bei Violey ist toll.
