Es betont durch seine dezente Note immer den Salat und gibt ihm einen wunderbaren Eigengeschmack. Gut finde ich zudem, dass es sehr gesund ist. Dies ist für mich immer sehr wichtig, da ich sehr auf meine Figur aufpassen muss. Das Öl kommt nicht nur bei mir gut an, auch meine Familie ist davon begeistert. Es schmeckt uns allen. Deswegen haben wir immer eine Flasche auf Reserve zu Hause, denn es wird bei uns fast jeden Tag verwendet.

Mir schmeckt das Leinöl von der Teutoburger Ölmühle besonders gut. Ich mag es vor allem wegen seines milden Geschmacks. Die anderen Leinöle die ich bisher versucht habe, waren mir immer zu intensiv im Geschmack. Da ich das Öl vor allem zur Zubereitung von Salatdressings benutze, möchte ich lieber einen leichten Geschmack, der den Eigengeschmack des Gemüses nicht völlig übertönt. Besonders gut schmeckt mir das Leinöl zu Feldsalat mit etwas Ziegenfrischkäse und Walnüssen. Diese Kombination ist einfach perfekt und äußerst empfehlenswert. Der Preis bei Violey ist toll.
