We prefer flour made from wheat and, above all, from organic cultivation. In this area, we like to use dennree products because they are very cheap in comparison. The flavour of dennree flour is also much more pronounced than that of conventional products. It has been gently milled and is also very well tolerated. We use the flour mostly for baking or for preparing sauces. It is easy to process and has good baking properties. At least our cakes have always turned out well so far. The wheat flour from dennree is a good and yet inexpensive flour, which we can recommend without reservation.

Wir bevorzugen Mehl aus Weizen und vor allem auch aus biologischem Anbau. In diesem Bereich greifen wir gerne zu den Produkten von dennree, da diese im Vergleich sehr günstig sind. Der Eigengeschmack des dennree Mehls ist zudem viel ausgeprägter als dies bei konventionellen Produkten der Fall ist. Es wurde schonend vermahlen und ist auch sehr gut verträglich. Bei uns wird das Mehl meistens zum Backen oder für die Zubereitung von Soßen verwendet. Es lässt sich einwandfrei verarbeiten und hat gute Backeigenschaften. Zumindest sind unsere Kuchen bisher immer gut gelungen. Das Weizenmehl von dennree ist ein gutes und trotzdem günstiges Mehl, welches wir ohne Einschränkung empfehlen können.
