: Review date:I mostly buy fruit juice because vegetable juice is not as easy to find, but on Violey there is a small range of vegetable juices, and so I bought the different ones because I dont get to have much vegetables in my daily food regimen, so anyway, out of all the veggie juice that I tried from Violey, which are all delicious, this Dennree Sauerkraut Juice, is my favourite so far.
It has a lovely, salty, savoury, flavour, and I actually prefer these vegetable juices, to the sweeter fruit juices. I believe savoury and sour and bitter foods / drinks, are much better for the body than sweeter foods, overall.
Dennree, is a brilliant brand as well, and they make so many different organic food and drink products, and everything is great quality, for a great price.

: Review date:I was afraid that the added sea salt would make the juice taste too salty. But this is not the case. Rather, the sea salt rounds off the taste. You either love or hate sauerkraut juice. I always find the first sips rather violently sour-sweet and suddenly I like it and can't get enough of it. The drink pack is handy for on the go. All in all, 5 stars because I always like to buy it again.
Ich hatte Angst, dass der Saft durch das zugesetzte Meersalz zu salzig schmeckt. Aber dies ist nicht der Fall. Vielmehr rundet das Meersalz den Geschmack ab. Sauerkrautsaft liebt oder hasst man. Ich finde die ersten Schlücke immer ziemlich heftig sauer-süßlich und auf einmal schmeckt er mir und ich kann nicht genug davon bekommen. Der Getränkepack ist praktisch für unterwegs. Insgesamt 5 Sterne, weil ich ihn immer gerne wieder kaufe.
