Preparation (serves 4): Put the rice (300 g) in a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain. Then bring 800 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan, add a little salt and add the rice. Bring to the boil briefly, stir well and then turn the heat to the lowest level. Let the rice soak for about 40-45 minutes with the lid closed.
