: Review date:This is my favourite raw cane sugar. So far, every bake has turned out wonderfully with it and no one realises that I'm not using industrial sugar. I always use less sugar than indicated because I find the sweetness very strong. This sugar does not clump like other manufacturers. It is quite fine. The price and performance are right.
Diesen Rohrohrzucker nehme ich am liebsten. Bisher ist mir damit jedes Gebäck wunderbar gelungen und niemand merkt, dass ich keinen Industriezucker nutze. Ich nehme grundsätzlich weniger Zucker, als angegeben, weil ich die Süßkraft als sehr kräftig empfinde. Dieser Zucker klumpt nicht, wie von anderen Herstellern. Er ist recht fein. Preis und Leistung sind stimmig.
