Weil ich Erbsen-Eintopf eh immer ein bisschen auf Vorrat koche, macht es mir auch nix aus die Erbsen schon am Vorabend einzuweichen. Lohnen tut es sich auf jeden Fall. Macht satt und schmeckt prima.
