: Review date:I am absolutely satisfied with the quality of the dennree millet. If you adjust the amount of water exactly, it becomes nice and fluffy and not sticky. I like to make a millet salad à la couscous salad with fresh vegetables, lots of parsley and chickpeas. I prefer the pseudo-grain to couscous to have more variety to wheat & co.
Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit der Qualität der dennree Hirse. Wenn man die Wassermenge genau anpasst, wird sie schön flockig und nicht klebrig. Ich mache mir gerne einen Hirsesalat à la Couscoussalat mit frischem Gemüse, viel Petersilie und Kichererbsen. Das Pseudogetreide ist mir lieber als Couscous, um mehr Abwechslung zu Weizen & Co zu haben.
