Preparation (serves 4): put the rice (300 g) in a colander, rinse off thoroughly with cold water and drain. Then put 800 ml of water in a pot, add some salt and pour in the rice. Bring to the boil and then turn the heat to the lowest level. Let the rice soak for 40-45 minutes with the lid closed.
