For my taste, an excellent combination of herbs, but as we all know, opinions differ. Versatile without being too dominant. Unfortunately, the much-vaunted, unspeakable sea salt is also used as a base here, but in this case I can overlook it. What's wrong with a clean rock salt? It is also a sea salt that a pterosaur may have pooped in and it only lacks microplastics and all other forms of our civilisation's rubbish. But you simply can't argue against the fable of great sea salt.

Für meinen Geschmack eine hervorragende Zusammenstellung der Kräuter, aber da scheiden sich ja bekanntlich die Geister. Vielseitig einsetzbar ohne zu dominant zu werden. Leider wird auch hier auf das so viel besungene, unsägliche Meersalz als Grundlage gesetzt, aber in diesem Falle sehe ich mal darüber hinweg. Was ist gegen ein sauberes Steinsalz einzuwenden? Es ist ebenfalls ein Meersalz, in das vielleicht mal ein Flugsaurier gekackt hat und es fehlt ihm lediglich an Mikroplastik und allen weiteren Formen unseres Zivilisationsmülls. Aber gegen die Fabel vom tollen Meersalz kommt man mit Argumenten einfach nicht an.

There are many herbal salt blends. Most taste similar, only a few really stand out. For me, one of them is the herbal salt from Dennree. It is the perfect blend. Not too spicy, not too intrusive and versatile. I think it will remain my favourite in the kitchen.

Kräutersalzmischungen gibt es ja viele. Die meisten schmecken ähnlich, nur wenige heben sich wirklich hervor. Eins davon ist für mich das Kräutersalz von Dennree. Es ist die optimale Mischung. Nicht zu scharf, nicht zu aufdringlich und vielseitig einsetzbar. Ich denke, dass bleibt mein Favorit in der Küche.
