For me, these are the best, most neutral soya shreds. I always look for products with little or no flavour of the substitute. I only soak them very briefly in warm water and squeeze them out several times to get rid of the "sticky" flavour, which these shreds hardly have at all. They have a bite and don't get mushy. Fry, season and process like minced meat. Chilli sin Carne or Bolognese and almost nobody notices... The only question that comes up is - which meat is it?

Das sind für mich die besten, neutralsten Sojaschnetzel. Ich suche immer Produkte bei denen man den Ersatz wenig oder nicht schmeckt. Ich weiche sie nur ganz kurz in warmem Wasser ein und drücke sie mehrmals aus damit der "pappige" Geschmack raus geht, den diese Schnetzel aber so gut wie gar nicht haben. Sie haben Biss und werden nicht matschig. Anbraten, würzen und verarbeiten wie Hackfleisch. Chilli sin Carne oder Bolognese und es fällt fast niemandem auf... Es kommt höchstens die Frage- welches Fleisch ist das?
