: Review date:I also like the coconut milk from dennree very much. Its quality is excellent and the price is out of the ordinary for an organic product. The cheerful, colourful label also appeals to me and makes me dream of a holiday in the South Seas. The coconut milk can be used universally. I usually use it for cooking, but it can also be used to make super delicious pina coladas. However, I would prefer it if there was another, smaller can on offer, because I don't always need 400ml. I put the rest in the fridge, but since the milk doesn't keep very long, sooner or later it ends up in the bin.
Auch mir gefällt die Kokosmilch von dennree sehr gut. Ihre Qualität ist 1a und der Preis für ein Bioprodukt außer Konkurrenz. Auch das fröhliche bunte Etikett spricht mich an und lässt mich von Urlaub in der Südsee träumen. Die Kokosmilch ist universell einsetzbar. Meistens nehme ich sie zum Kochen, man kann damit aber auch superleckere Pina Coladas zaubern. Ich fände es jedoch besser, wenn es noch eine weitere, kleinere Dose im Angebot gäbe, denn nicht immer benötige ich 400ml. Den Rest stelle ich zwar in den Kühlschrank, aber da sich die Milch nicht besonders lange hält, landet sie früher oder später doch im Mülleimer.

By shaking or stirring, the two can be combined again to some extent. But if you use the coconut milk mainly for warm cooking anyway, the consistency is not important, because the solid parts dissolve when heat is added and then mix with the dish. Dennree has good organic quality at a reasonable price. Can only warmly recommend the product.
Die Kokosmilch von dennree ist sehr gut für die exotische Küche geeignet. Ich gebe sie zum Beispiel immer in mein Gemüsecurry, das schmeckt hervorragend. Durch die Zugabe der Milch lässt sich die Schärfe viel besser regulieren. Die Konsistenz der Milch ist aufgeteilt in flüssige und feste Teile. Durch Schütteln oder Verrühren lassen sich die beiden wieder einigermaßen verbinden. Wenn man die Kokosmilch aber sowieso vorwiegend für die warme Küche verwendet, ist die Konsistenz nicht wichtig, da sich die festen Bestandteile unter Hitzezufuhr auflösen und dann mit dem Gericht vermischen. Dennree hat gute Bioqualität zu einem angemessenen Preis. Kann das Produkt nur wärmstens empfehlen.

: Review date:The taste of the coconut milk from dennree is OK. However, the consistency leaves a lot to be desired. I had to decant it into a large glass to be able to stir the coconut part with the water to some extent, but this was only partially successful. The two parts do not combine properly, even after intensive stirring or shaking. There is simply too much water compared to the coconut. I much prefer to go back to the somewhat more expensive (but not if you compare the coconut content) coconut milk from Dr. Goerg.
Geschmacklich ist die Kokosmilch von dennree in Ordnung. Die Konsistenz allerdings lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe sie in ein großes Glas umfüllen müssen, um den Kokosanteil einigermaßen mit dem Wasser umrühren zu können, was allerdings nur bedingt gelang. Die beiden Anteile verbinden sich nicht richtig, auch nicht nach intensivem Umrühren oder Schütteln. Hier ist einfach ein zu großer Anteil Wasser gegenüber dem Anteil an Kokos. Da greife ich doch viel lieber wieder auf die etwas teurere (im Endeffekt ja nicht, wenn man den Kokosanteil vergleicht) Kokosmilch von Dr. Goerg zurück.
