: Review date:They don't look that great, but they taste delicious. And in muesli or as a topping in cottage cheese, the appearance is not so important. In relation to "normal" cashews, they are also quite inexpensive.

And he should know, he comes from Sri Lanka :-)) The breakage doesn't bother us, I even find it practical as I grind cashew puree from it anyway to use as a milk and cream substitute: Just mix the nut puree with a little water if needed.

Cashews are also an important ingredient in Indian butter chicken, as the consistency is rather creamy and this is achieved quite well with cashews. The Dennree cashews are great for pureeing in the sauce.
