Application:
For 2 persons: Mix 100 g Bircher Muesli with 150 ml of milk, 100 g yogurt or fruit yogurt, little lemon juice and some orange juice and let soak for about 15 minutes. Add a finely chopped or grated apple and refine with fresh seasonal fruit (bananas, grapes, apricots, berries).
