Very good sweetener. Neutral in taste. For sweetening salad dressings and quark or yoghurt dishes. I find agave syrup too valuable for heating.

Sehr gutes Süßungsmittel. Geschmacksneutral. Zum Süßen von Salatsaucen und Quark oder Joghurtspeisen. Zum Erhitzen finde ich den Agavendicksaft zu wertvoll.
