dennree Gelling Sugar 2:1. Fruit preparations with organic preserving sugar offer pure enjoyment. It is a practical kitchen helper when preparing delicious spreads, jellies, jams and marmalades. To prepare fruity spreads, the manufacturer recommends 2 parts fruit, 1 part dennree preserving sugar and the juice of one lemon. How firm fruit spreads become depends on the pectin content of the fruit, which varies depending on the variety. To ensure that fruit preparations with a low pectin content also gel, the addition of grated apple is recommended.

Application:

Wash and chop the fruit (puree if necessary). Mix the prepared fruits with preserving sugar and lemon juice (or citric acid) in a saucepan, heat while stirring constantly and boil for at least 3 minutes until bubbling.

To prepare jellies, the manufacturer recommends 700 ml liquid and 500 g jam sugar.

I have had very good experience with this jam sugar. Thawed fruit through a slowjuicer, sugar, cook and fill. I produce different varieties in rotation, but always only from 1 kg of fruit. Then we always have several varieties but only 3-4 jars in stock and they don't lose their colour.

Mit diesem Gelierzucker habe ich sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Aufgetaute Früchte durch einen Slowjuicer, Zucker, Kochen und abfüllen. Ich produziere verschiedene Sorten im Wechsel, aber immer nur aus 1 kg Früchten. Dann haben wir immer mehrere Sorten aber nur 3-4 Gläser auf Vorrat und die verlieren nicht die Farbe.
