One sachet makes about 2 servings as a side dish.
1. Bring plenty of water (about 1 litre per sachet) to the boil in a saucepan, adding a little sea salt if you like.
2. Place the cooking bag flat in the boiling water. Simmer with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes.
3. Take the cooking bag out of the water by the loop and drain it with a fork. Cut open the bag and enjoy the mixture as it is or use it in a recipe.

It’s excellent as a quick, slightly more varied side dish than plain rice. Not only does it offer a bit more flavour, but the nutritional value of these little legumes makes them a great addition. I won’t be without them from now on.

Sehr gut als schnelle, etwas abwechslungsreichere Beilage als purer Reis. Sowohl geschmacklich bietet es etwas mehr, vor allem aber die Nährwerte der kleinen Hülsenfrüchte sind eine super Ergänzung. Darf bei mir nicht mehr fehlen.
