Cooking instructions:
One sachet makes about 2 servings as a side dish.
1. Bring plenty of water (about 1 litre per sachet) to the boil in a saucepan, adding a little sea salt if you like.
2. Place the cooking bag flat in the boiling water. Simmer with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes.
3. Take the cooking bag out of the water by the loop and drain it with a fork. Cut open the bag and enjoy the mixture as it is or use it in a recipe.
