Davert Organic Thai Curry. To Thailand in 20 minutes? Bring your portion of holiday home with this organic mixture. With fresh leek and coconut milk, your adventure is only a fork length away. Do you want a topping? Then roast a handful of cashews and add them to your curry as a crunchy extra.

Preparation:

170 g Davert Thai Curry, 1 leek (150 g), and 1 tbsp (10 g) butter make 2 portions for the main dish.

1. Clean 150 g leek and cut into rings.

2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add the contents of the bag and sauté briefly.

3. Pour in 500 ml water, bring to the boil briefly and put the lid on.

4. Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the leek and cook for another 5 minutes.

Tip: Refine the Thai Curry with other vegetables, for example yellow pepper or roasted cashews. Vegans replace the butter with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
