Davert Organic Risotto Pumpkin. There's a lot of Bella Italia in here: original Italian risotto rice, juicy pumpkin and fresh Parmesan bring a creamy risotto experience to your plate. Buon appetito! You also need 20g Parmesan, 2 tbsp oil, hot water.
Preparation with 20 g parmesan:
- Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in 2 tbsp hot oil.
- Gradually add 650 ml hot water. Simmer gently without a lid for 25 minutes, stirring regularly, until the risotto is nice and creamy.
- Finally, stir in 20 g grated Parmesan and leave to stand for another 5 minutes.
Tip: Make the pumpkin delight perfect by adding a few crunchy pumpkin seeds to the risotto
