Application:
Creamy risotto: Sauté an onion in olive oil, add 150 g rice and cook briefly. Gradually add 600 ml vegetable stock and cook for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Classic, loose: Boil 150 g of rinsed rice in 300 ml of water and simmer for 15-20 minutes with the lid on.
