Very good. Quite a clean flavour, appropriate for jams and cakes. I would like to be able to find an organic sugar that was even more refined (less molasses), but so far this is the best.

I prefer Davert products because I find that the quality and price are simply right. The raw cane sugar is no exception. 1 kg for a good 4 euros is perfectly fine for raw cane sugar in this class. The sugar is characterised by its mild sweetness, which is why I particularly like to use it in baking. It doesn't mask other flavour components.

Ich bevorzuge Davert Produkte, da ich finde, dass Qualität und Preis einfach stimmen. Der Rohrohrzucker ist da keine Ausnahme. 1 kg für gut 4 Euro sind vollkommen in Ordnung für Rohrohrzucker in dieser Klasse.
