Davert Organic Protein Lentil Mix. The protein lentil mix is ideal as a mildly flavoured ingredient for vegetable fillings and bowls. It can be added directly to soups and stews. The mix is also ideal as a base for homemade protein-rich dips and spreads.
Basic recipe (as a side dish for 2 people):
Bring 150 g protein lentil mix to the boil in plenty of water and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. Only add salt at the end of the cooking time and pour off any excess water.
