Davert Organic Protein Couscous Salad. Quick, easy and really tasty: this couscous salad made with pea and wholemeal couscous, lentils, parsley and refreshing mint is ready in no time. Simply pour boiling water over it, leave to stand for 5 minutes, add fresh cucumber and feta – and it’s ready. Just the thing as a quick meal, a refreshing side dish or a delicious base for all sorts of bowls.

Preparation using 75g cucumber and 75g feta:
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl and pour 300 ml of boiling water over it.
2. Stir well and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
3. Dice the cucumber (with the skin on) and the feta, then fold into the mixture. Enjoy warm or cold.
