Davert Organic Bulgur Salad. For a fast and easy dish. Tomatoes, zucchini and aromatic spices make this bulgur and red lentil salad a Mediterranean experience. Creatively refined with fresh feta or a vegan feta alternative the salad is a treat that tastes both hot and cold.
Preparation with 75 g feta or a vegan alternative:
  1. Briefly fry the bag contents in 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
  2. Add 300 ml of hot water, bring to a boil and cover.
  3. Cook for 15 min over medium heat and stir occasionally. Turn off the stove and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Dice 75 g of feta (or a vegan alternative) and add it to the salad. Enjoy hot or cold.

This was very good, although it could do with a bit less salt.

Good quick salad! I always cut something into it that has to go, otherwise you don't necessarily have to add anything. Tastes good, is quick and has good nutritional values. If you don't have time or feel like cooking, this is definitely a relatively healthy ready-made idea.

Guter schneller Salat! Ich schneide immer höchstens noch irgendwas mit rein, was weg muss, ansonsten muss man auch nicht zwingend noch etwas beimischen. Schmeckt gut, geht schnell und hat dafür gute Nährwerte. Wenn man mal keine Zeit oder Lust zu kochen hat, auf jeden Fall eine relativ gesunde Fertig-Idee.
